Receptionists are extremely rude and show little or no empathy to your situation. Had to bite my tongue listening to how an elderly man was spoken to by them on my last visit.

Excellent care from receptionist to doctor to pharmacist. I'm not registered at this practise but was given an emergency same-day appointment (shortly before Christmas). The receptionist was very kind and polite, the doctor was thorough and treated my illness seriously, the pharmacy quickly supplied the necessary medication. I am so grateful as the receptionist and assistant manager at another medical centre nearby made me feel so guilty to ask for help that I gave up.

Only 1 doctor there who I trust knows what they're doing. My last surgery not only had appointments but also offered same day appointments in the case of emergency. In this surgery you get told to come to walk in surgery even if you were on your last breath.

This surgery is not only centrally located but also has some of the best doctors in the town. Exceptional quality of care, of course. I would have given them 5/5 if the front desk staff reflected the same attributes. There sounds a significant disconnect in practice's values when you look at the doctors and front desk office. I have noticed the receptionist(s) literally yelling at elderly and other patients. I only spoke to one of the receptionists only once and regretted. I can only hope that the new touch screen patient check in system replaces the need of those receptionists (sorry but as you all can see the consensus is common on overall reviews for this practice). Again, the doctors are excellent! it's just the front desk staff that may benefit from some seriously professional training.

A few months ago I had something prescribed to me for a skin condition I get. To this day the repeat prescription i get is a different medication despite me bringing this to their attention and writing it clearly on my repeat prescription form everytime I request it. I've given up trying to get this now and have to make do with what they give me!
